Some iParts have the configuration option to Display for authorized users only. When enabled, public users can only view and edit their own information, and the iPart is hidden when accessing data for another person. This prevents unauthorized users from changing the ID in the URL to access another’s data. With this option enabled, only System Administrators and Staff members (Full and Casual users) can view and edit information for another person. You should disable the option for iParts in which you want to display information about another person to public users, such as for a public profile.
Caution: When disabling Display for authorized users only, configure security carefully. All users can potentially view and edit information for any user in the system, depending on the configuration of the iPart and the Access Settings selected for the content record and navigation item.
